By accessing or using PixoForge AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PixoForge AI provides an AI-powered image generation platform that allows users to create images from text descriptions. The Service includes web-based tools, APIs, and related features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights of others or to generate misleading deepfakes.

5. Intellectual Property

Images generated through the Service on paid plans are licensed to you for commercial and personal use. You retain rights to your text prompts. PixoForge retains all rights to the platform, technology, and underlying models.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Credits do not roll over between billing cycles unless purchased as add-on packs. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PixoForge AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
